STUDENT COUNSELOR - JOIN OUR TEAM!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Student Counselor to join our team In this role, you will engage with prospective students across multiple communication channels, provide accurate course and career information, and guide them from inquiry through to successful registration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to inquiries and leads received through various communication platforms.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about courses and career opportunities to prospective students.
• Maintain regular follow-up communication to ensure a smooth conversion from inquiry to registration.
• Keep accurate and updated records of all inquiries and enrolled students.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
• Minimum of - years&#; experience in a sales-related position.
• Strong language proficiency in English and Sinhala; fluency in Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
• A customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
