Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Teacher to join our international vocational hospitality education institute. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring and guiding students while maintaining required compliance with the
curriculum.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in hospitality to students at various levels
  • Maintain course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and success
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students to support their academic and personal development
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the hospitality industry, and incorporate this knowledge into teaching and course materials
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve the outcome of the teaching and ensure that it meets the needs of our students
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress within the given timelines
  • Participate in academic meetings and committees as required

Requirements:
  • Possess a qualification or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • At least - years of professional experience in the hospitality industry
  • Teaching experience in a vocational or tertiary education setting is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of current trends and developments in the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including learning management systems, online collaboration tools, and multimedia resources will be an added advantage
