Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the organization in training, developing and conducting meetings to the academic staff.
- Assessing the outcomes of the students in all programs within the institute.
- Evaluating and implementing activities for the academic programme.
- He / She will serve as the responsible person in seeking opportunities, planning, guiding and improving the academic staff to the necessary standards.
- Guide and support the facilitators to deliver effective lessons in classrooms.
Key Requirements
- Master in English / Phd in English or CELTA / DELTA
- Proven experience in education sector
- Fluency in English with strong personality.
- Flexible and self-motivated.
- Having foreign exposure would be an added advantage.
