The Role: : This role offers the chance to be a key player in our student support and administrative processes, ensuring that our students receive the guidance and support they need for a successful educational journey.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Student Support:
- Provide assistance to students, including those at risk, by offering study skills support and counselling on a range of issues.
- Maintain contact with current students, reaching out to support their educational journey and encouraging them to continue working through the course.
- Contribute to student welfare programs, including career seminars and study skills programs.
- Establish and maintain links with industry organisations to ensure that our courses are always in-line with the needs and demands of real world organisations.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring efficient operation.
- Manage student enrolments, completions, withdrawals, and the issuance of certificates.
- Maintain databases and manage reporting on student outcomes and course progression.
- The orientation for new students and assist in maintaining quality training resources.
