We Are Seeking Motivated And Enthusiastic Student Enrolment Executives To Join Our Team, Specializing In Recruiting Students For Overseas Qualifications (UK / Australia / Malaysia)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Enroll prospective students and meet enrolment targets
* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain detailed sales reports
* Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, school events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
* Plan and organize events aimed at increasing potential leads
* Advise students on admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes
* Maintain a proactive and professional approach in guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience in enrolling students to Biotechnology, Business, IT, HND & Top up
* Professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized university or institution
* Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge in Tamil is an advantage
* Track and report on recruitment progress and student applications to senior management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
