Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the College.
* Supervise, evaluate, and support the performance of students and educators.
* Ensure compliance with curriculum and educational plans.
* Recruit, train, and mentor new faculty members.
* Efficiently manage school budgets and resources.
* Research and implement innovative teaching methods and materials.
* Address emergencies and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
* Foster a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
* Organize and promote events and assemblies to enhance the College's visibility.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Education; additional qualifications in Optometry or related fields are advantageous.
* At least years of experience in a principal or lead teacher role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of optometry education regulations and curriculum.
* Familiarity with NVQ systems.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and a compassionate approach.
