We are looking for a competent female Matron to manage and look after
the administration of the Viakha Vidyalaya Hostel. The ideal candidate
should be a dedicated and kind-hearted past graduate/trained teacher
and be able to handle the total operation of the hostel.
Your Job Role
- Handling students and hostel staff
- Monitoring and identifying food, medical, hygienic and
other related needs of students.
- Ensuring students’ education and behaviour
- Maintaining a high level of discipline among students.
- Resolving related problems
What you should have
- Excellent communication skills (Both Sinhala and English)
- Be above years of age.
- Having previous experience as a matron would be
advantageous.
- Ability to deal with emergencies.
- Organisational and practical skills
The selected candidate is expected to live in the hostel
