IDM Colombo Campus provides an excellent academic environment and state of the art facilities for teaching, learning and research. To steer our expanding operations, we are looking for a person with strong academic credentials to be appointed as Lecturers/ Assistant Lecturers.
Job Profile:
We currently have vacancies for position of Lecturers/ Assistant Lecturers in IT who should be able to teach a variety of IT subject areas which includes Software Engineering, Project Management, Programming in Java, Python, C#, Networking, IT Security, etc. for Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate study programmes and should contribute towards curriculum and new programme development.
Basic Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in IT with a second upper
- Have minimum of years of experience in academic teaching for an educational institution
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on weekends (either a Saturday/ Sunday full day)
- Be a resourceful, self-motivated, adaptable individual willing to contribute to an open and collaborative team, with proven ability to achieve deadlines and high attention to detail
Remuneration and benefits are negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
