Job Description - Language Expert
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Ensure daily call filters and set targets are achieved
- Achieve sales targets by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling
- Process with potential clients.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about CRM and services, and learn about new market trends as they come in.
Requirement & Skills
- Proficiency with MS office & Email
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Language fluency
- Go-to personality
