We are looking for
Headmistress and Deputy Headmistress for Preschool and Daycare
Minimum of years (Headmistress) and years (Deputy Headmistress) of experience in early childhood education or a related field
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a relevant discipline (Headmistress).
- Diploma in early childhood education or a relevant discipline (Deputy Headmistress).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be fluent in English and Sinhala both written and speaking.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for both children and staff.
- Curriculum Development Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
- Parent Communication: Establish open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and the overall program.
