Our Parent school is situated at Nawala (Primary) and Talawatugoda
(Secondary) in Colombo. We have branch schools in Kalutara, Maharagama

Arrangements are being made to open a branch school in Kurunegala for
the convenience of like minded pragmatic parents to receive the
benefits of our program of work at their doorstep.
We are looking for qualified and experienced personnel for immediate
engagement in the above positions to Head the Academic Department of
our branch School in Kurunegala.
Qualifications - A first degree from any state or UGC approved foreign
university in Sri Lanka or abroad, or from any institute of repute,
registered with Tertiary Education Authority, Teacher Training
Certificate from NIE or any College of Education
Post graduate qualification (PG Dip in Ed, MA, MSc) from any state or
foreign University is preferred.
Fluency in English is an essential prerequisite.
Experience - Minimum of years’ experience in a school of
repute in Sri Lanka teaching local curriculum preferably in English
medium including managing a Section/Grade for over years. Those who
have experience in foreign curricula may apply.
Duties & Responsibilities - Providing leadership to a team of
teachers and administrative staff in the Branch to achieve educational
and administrative objectives. Coordinate with the Principal and
Management of the Parent School.
Personality and Characteristics - Extend love and affection towards
children with due care. Have exposure to child and educational
psychology.
Accept and share the vision of the School and work with high level of
integrity and honesty.
A dynamic and pleasing personality possess leadership qualities,
management, organization and problem-solving skills, ability to
delegate and to work independently. Competent, self-driven, obedient,
listening, innovative, creative, accepts challenge, takes
responsibility, and has a positive attitude towards work.
Networking with peers and others for win-win situation and maintain
institutional harmony.
Age - Between years to years. Those retired from state education
service but below years and of perfect health will be considered.
