Responsibilities:
*Conducting PRS training / Crash programs / Career guidance
*Identifying training needs and development of programs based on both the organization and the individual needs
*Developing effective induction programs Proficient in e-learning techniques liaises with partners (eg - external course provider, employer, examining bodies, applicants)
