ESOL College International is looking for highly motivated Assistant Lecturers in English to inspire and educate our students in the English language, The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to teaching, a passion for English, and the ability to engage and motivate students to Study the English language.
Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging English language lessons for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
* Maintain an activity-based learning environment that aligns with the predefined educational standards and the needs of our students.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Requirements
* A Bachelors degree in English Language or a related field is required, with a Masters degree being highly desirable.
* A minimum of five years of prior experience as an Assistant Lecturer or Instructor in a university or a reputed organization is required.
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to conduct FCE. CAE, and CPE levels of Cambridge Assessment English is required.
Accommodation will be provided for Kaduwela, Hanwella, and Kaluaggala branches. Working on Saturdays is mandatory.
