Minimum Requirements:
- A Business-related Bachelor's Degree together with a Master's degree is a must.
- Excellent presentation skills in English, though prior teaching experience is not essential.
- Age: Not less than

- A PhD or a DBA from a Sri Lankan Government University
- Managerial level experience in a reputed Organisation
- To teach Finance / Banking / Supply Chain Management modules, a relevant professional qualification
- Programme Management in a private higher education institute
