Asian Aviation Centre (AAC) is the premier aviation training academy in
Sri Lanka. It has a long and successful partnership agreement with
Kingston University, London and offers a multicultural environment
conducive for learning. AAC offers academic and professional training
programmes from BSc (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering undergraduate
degree to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Private and Commercial
Flying Training programmes.
AAC urgently requires the services of a full-time Mathematics Lecturer
with proficiency in application of spreadsheets and Mathlab
Preference will be given to applicants who are able to undertake
delivery of lectures in two or more of the following subject areas.
- Mechanics
- Thermodynamics and Fluid Dynamics
- Materials Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics and Digital Techniques
- Control Engineering
- Project Management and Planning
General Requirements.
- An undergraduate degree, postgraduate qualifications will
be an advantage
- Teaching and/or industrial experience
- Be able to transfer practical experience into useful
learning activities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible approach to work
