Education Advisor / Senior Executive
Business Development (Colombo, Sri Lanka - Full -Time)
Technoli Institute of Digital Business (TIDB) is Sri Lanka’s newest UK Accredited Higher Education Centre, committed to creating future-ready professionals for the digital economy. We deliver internationally recognised undergraduate diplomas and degree pathways aligned with UK and local frameworks.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with at least years of experience in sales, student recruitment, or business development to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise prospective students and parents on TIDB’s undergraduate and diploma programs.
* Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and guide students through the enrollment process.
* Build and maintain partnerships with schools, agents, and corporate networks.
* Represent TIDB at education fairs, career guidance events, and promotional activities.
* Actively participate in institutional marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, student engagement activities, and promotional videos.
* Achieve student recruitment and business development targets.
Requirements
* Minimum years’ experience in student recruitment, education advisory, or sales/business development in the higher education industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Comfortable engaging in digital and social media promotions as part of marketing efforts.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for higher education and helping students achieve their goals.
* Proficiency in English (Sinhala / Tamil an advantage).
