Qualifications:
Assistant Lecturer : A Special Degree in the field of Business Management or Commerce with a First or Second Class (Upper Division) honours or general Degree and a Masters Degree from a recognized University.
Lecturer : Minimum qualifications as given above and at least one year experience in teaching at Degree level or industrial experience.

Senior Lecturer : Minimum qualifications as given above and a two year Masters Degree and at least years experience in research, teaching or industry after graduation.

Senior Lecturer (HG) : Minimum qualification as above and a PhD and with at least years experience in research, teaching or in industry after graduation.

Salary for the position is negotiable and depends on the qualifications and experience. Contract appointments of one year duration too can be considered.
