• Hold a suitable qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Have an excellent command of English, with the ability to effectively communicate by offering clear instructions and guidance, and addressing concerns with empathy and understanding.
• Be patient and creative, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under their care.
• Focus on the needs of the children and provide additional support to a child when needed.
