EARLY YEARS COORDINATOR
(Wattala, Kandana, Kiribathgoda, Kaduwela, Biyagama and Negombo)
We are seeking for an experienced Early Childhood Education professional to design, implement, and oversee our Early Childhood Education program. This role combines administrative, educational, and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education that supports the holistic development of young children. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, guiding teaching staff, and fostering a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that aligns with international standards and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
* AMI qualified or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education.
* Strong understanding of early childhood education curriculum and practical requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, Teachers & Management.
* Prior work experience as a Teacher for years & Supervisory role for years in Pre School.
* Hands on Experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) will be an added advantage.
