Teachers
We seek dynamic young dedicated and energetic Teachers to provide
quality per-school education to our children, who are able to:
- Inspire children to build their self-confidence,
self-regulate their behavior and emotions.
- Adapt, implement and deliver quality interactive lessons
according to School's philosophy, goals and framework
- Provide and to set up exploratory, fun, creative and safe
environment.
- Build good rapport with colleagues, parents and children.
- Keep records of the children's progress and address
individual children's developmental needs.
- Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as
established by the respective authorities.
Requirements:
- Passionate in working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma in Preschool and Sub Primary Education (Ladies
College, Institute of professional studies) / Diploma in Early
Childhood Education and Primary Education - Open University, Colombo /
AMI Birdcage Diploma in Montessori with Child Psychology (Cambridge
College of Higher Education or other recognised institution) or
equivalent.
- Previous experience in similar capacity would be an added
advantage.
