WE ARE LOOKING FOR ADMINISTRATOR / PRINCIPAL

Are you a dynamic, organized, and self-motivated leader with a passion for early childhood education?
Cinderella House of Montessori (CHM) is seeking an Administrator / Principal to join our team and help guide our preschool into the next chapter of growth and excellence!

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead with Empathy: Oversee daily school operations, guide teachers, and foster a positive and collaborative environment.
* Communication: Handle school tours for new parents, new admissions, and school notices. Keep communication clear, organized, and consistent.
* Event Coordination: Take the lead in organizing key events such as Sports Meets, Concerts, and Graduation Ceremonies.
* Financial Management: Oversee school fees, petty cash, and banking operations while ensuring smooth cash handling procedures.
* Uphold Standards: Maintain the high standards of CHM through proactive upkeep and regular collaboration with the Divisional Secretariat and Government Preschool Unit.

Requirements:
* Strong English Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
* Organized & Detail-Oriented: A knack for keeping things in order, from teacher registers to event planning.
* Passionate Leader: Someone Who can inspire and guide our staff while building strong relationships with parents and the school community.
* Qualifications: Government accepted qualification to teach children between the ages of / and years.
* Experience in a similar role: Not mandatory, but definitely an added advantage.
