BCI Campus invites aspiring academics to join the School of Business as Assistant Lecturers to support undergraduate teaching and learning in Business Management, with specialization in Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management, or Marketing Management.
WHAT YOULL DO:
* Assist senior faculty in teaching and delivering academic sessions.
* Conduct tutorials, assessments, and student mentoring.
* Contribute to learning materials and digital content development.
* Engage in academic administration and student- centered activities.
* Support research, diploma programs, and industry collaborations.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:
* A bachelors degree in business management (Honours preferred).
* Specialization in Accounting, HRM, or Marketing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Tech-savvy and eager to work in a digital learning environment.
* Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and academic growth.
* Candidates pursuing or holding a Masters degree are highly encouraged to apply.
