INSTRUCTOR / LECTURER (VISITING BASIS)
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor/Lecturer (Visiting Basis) to join our technical training team in the field of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, practical experience, and the ability to effectively guide and inspire students in both theory and practice.
Qualifications
✅ NVQ Level in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with a minimum of years’ experience in teaching or in the Ref & A/C industry.
✅ Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (HNDE, NDES, NDT, or NVQ Level /)
Requirements & Responsibilities
✅ Comprehensive knowledge of Air Conditioning systems.
✅ Prior experience in technical training related to A/C and Refrigeration.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations.
✅ Exposure to the TVET sector will be an added advantage.
✅ Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English.
✅ Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and assessments according to NVQ curriculum standards.
✅ Organize and support practical training activities and assist other instructors as needed.
✅ Prepare and maintain all documentation related to TVEC audits and course delivery.
✅ Manage and monitor inventory used for practical sessions, reporting any shortages or issues.
✅ Ensure student well-being, discipline, and safety during training sessions.
✅ Adhere to all TVEC and institutional compliance requirements.
