About the institute
Mahesh is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation, USA. He is the first Sri Lankan to achieve this professional qualification.
Mahesh holds a first degree – BSc in Physical Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University Of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Further, he is a Fellow Member- CGMA of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from Toastmasters International U.S.A.
Subjects and Courses
Executive Coaching
Coaching sessions focus on leadership development, developing strategy, goal setting and personal work –life balance. This consists of one-on-one sessions agreeing on the agenda for discussion with the client and coach the client towards achieving the agenda items.
Corporate Training
Mahesh conducts customized corporate training for companies based on the needs identified. Thereafter the program is designed identifying the objectives and learning outcomes and the methodology of delivery which consist of indoor and outdoor activities.
Professional Speaking
Mahesh is an inspirational professional speaker who has addressed diverse audiences in the local and international arena.
