As an undergraduate of the University of Colombo Faculty of Arts and a first-year law student with a strong academic background in Political Science and Civic Education, I am well positioned to guide students in mastering the subject effectively. My approach to teaching will be primarily examination-oriented, focusing on clear explanation of key concepts, structured note-giving, and systematic coverage of the syllabus in line with examination requirements. I will also emphasize answer-writing techniques, model questions, and past paper discussions to help students develop confidence and achieve higher grades. At the same time, I aim to cultivate a practical understanding of civic responsibility and citizenship so that students not only succeed in examinations but also appreciate the real-world relevance of the subject.
