What are the difference between doing law at Open university and Sri Lankan Law College? also how can i get the all study materiel in Tamil language?

I have a "S" pass for English subject in O/L exam. Can I apply law entrance exam with my "S" pass? If it is OK, where I should do it? Is it open university or law college?
Try to go there in person
Open University is much cheaper
But not sure how long and etc
In short if you follow the 4 year course from Sri Lanka Law College, at the end of the course you can practice as a lawyer after getting through the final examination. But if you need to obtain Law degree (LLB) you have to follow the 4 year degree course from the Open University of Sri Lanka. After obtaining the LLB Degree if you wish to be a lawyer, then you are eligible to sit for the final examination of the law college without an aptitude test.
