Since you have obtained S passes for both Science and Mathematics, it is technically possible for you to do AL in the science stream. However it also depends on the eligibility criteria of the school and your personal proficiency in the subject. AL science stream is more advanced and if you do not have a proper understanding of the concepts taught during OLs then my advice is do not go into the AL science stream since you will find it too challenging.
