Practical Examination in Western Music - 2016(2017)
Grade I to Grade VIII & Diploma

It is notified that the applications are called for the above practical Examination. The application forms will be issued by post or to personal callers from 06 th March 2017. Application forms can be downloaded from the Department website (www . doenets . lk) also. The Examination will be conducted in English medium.

Application forms could be obtained by post, sending a self - addressed stamped (to the value of Rs.10.00) envelope of size 9”x4” to the under mentioned address before 23rd March 2017

Name of the examination (Practical Examination in Western Music - 2016(2017) should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

Personal callers may obtain the application forms at the inquiries counter of the Department of Examinations, Pelawatta, Battaramulla up to 06 th March 2017.

Note : Those who wish to apply from level VI to VIII and Diploma of this practical test should annex copies of the certificates requested in the application. Further such copies must be certified as true copies by the attester of your signature in the application with his / her official frank.

Closing date of accepting the applications will be 06 th March 2017. All perfected applications must be sent or hand over to the following address.
