I am a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher qualified from Kundalini Research Institute, USA. I am based in Sri Lanka and I conduct in-person classes through couple of studios around Colombo.
As I had few requests from friends and contacts around the world about conducting online classes, I want to fulfill that request and bring this beautiful in-depth technology to as many as possible so all of you will know how to use these techniques / tools for yours and your loved ones wellbeing .
Online classes will be conducted via Zoom. Once you register and make the payment login details will be shared with you.
All classes are beginner friendly and suitable for anyone. No need to be super flexible to start with.
