I want to clarify followings from you.
My daughter sat for AL exam twice in Bio stream and she wants to do the exam for the 3rd time in arts stream.
She completed her competency project at the school.
Is it necessary to do a project again? and need to register in the provincial council also ?

You have to pay and register at the student activity branch in your provincial Education Department. In case of Western Province call 0112693893 or 0112693895 for the period of registration. You can get a letter to the nearest school for get and submit assessments for the subjects for the Art stream. Submit them before the dead line given by that school. No need to submit a project again.
Yes you can do A/L in Arts. Please speak to the school.

I want to do a/l I didn't do a/l I did only o/l so I fall 3 subject. Can I do a/l without doing that 3 subject. I will do it later

I sat for 2015 ALs as a private candidate but I didn't register for any competency report as I wasn't satisfied with my results I sat for it again in 2016 changing the subjects and I got 3Cs but both the times I didn't give any competency project and I want to apply for campus as I am eligible for it but is it possible to do it without that project or is it necessary.

I would like to know if doing the project as a private candidate is absolutely compulsory and also I would like to know if English Literature is in the A/L examination.
