I came across the following information in the University
website
Examinations & Registration Division conducts Aptitude Tests
for four degree programmes offered by the University of Moratuwa. Those
are Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Landscape
Architecture which are offered by the faculty of Architecture and
Bachelor of Fashion Design which is offered by the faculty of
Engineering. In every year, after student admission hand book was
issued by the UGC, university of Moratuwa invite applications from
suitable candidates through a paper advertisement as well as through
the University website. Please note that those who wish to apply for
the aptitude tests of University of Moratuwa should have already
registered for university admission via UGC.
Eligibility
The entry to the programme of study is through GCE advanced Level
examination based on the Z score. In addition the students should pass
the aptitude test conducted by University of Moratuwa.

Application Procedure
Standard UGC (University Grant Commission) application procedure.
Applications for the aptitude test will be called by University of
Moratuwa, through a separate newspaper notice.
