Let me know the duration of your Montessori course?

I want to know if any special qualifications are required to become a Principal or Head Teacher in a Pre-School. Are there any qualifications issued by the government or Pre School Education unit in this regard.

I am currently struggling with the authorities to get a preschool registered, I've been sent back & forth to different departments. everyone points at a different department, relevant authorities aren't in office or on leave, you visit multiple times just to have them point some other direction.
