Is it must to have 6 passes in O/L exam in one sitting to get admitted for A/L exam
or
6 passes in two sittings accepted?

6 passes in two sittings are also admitted for A/L exam
Some schools allow to do A/Ls with the promise from the students getting the other three passes in 2 sitting. But the best is to get 6 passes with the 1st sitting because the standards of the education should be maintained.
